your website are good and your info/measurements are accurate, so I
knew exactly what I was getting. What really surprised me was how
quick delivery was - absolutely amazing.

Just one comment about your website, which I hope you will find
helpful. I couldn't find your postage and handling rates until I
went through checkout. Your rates are very fair so why not put
another one of your strengths upfront? You have absolutely no reason
to 'hide' your rates like some other stores out there.

I received my parcel last Thursday, how quick was that! sorry I have been a bit slow in getting back to you with my feedback but here goes.
I am absolutley thrilled to bits with my bag and accessories they are lovely.  I was really impressed with the sturdiness and quality of all the items.  I honestly dont think I would have found anything resembling the exellence and value for money over here in Blighty.
Because I had my parcel delivered to work my female colleagues where all ooohs and ahhs, even the chaps I work with commented on how nice the items were!
I was also very pleased with the packaging. Quite often when I receive a parcel I find that the items have been bashed around a bit. Not with this parcel though, I loved the ribbon the items were bound in, although i've only got about three inches of it left as my friends have snipped at it because they wanted your website address!  I think you will be getting quite a few "hits" on your website from England.
All in all Zanzibags gives value for money and brilliant customer service.  I wont hesitate using your company again in the future. Best Wishes

I received my bag on Tuesday and am in love with it. It's practical and gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Congratulations on designing my new favourite possession. I can now go to the gym and feel fashionable, not masculine! I also do a lot of canoeing and the bag has been made to such a high standard and laminated that I can use it for wet kit daily and not worry about trashing it.

Hey there I absolutely love my Sailor Girl bag! It is so cute and just the size I have been looking for too. 
I was really impressed at how quickly it arrived. Ive ordered things within Australia before and have had to wait over a week. The only thing that was a problem was that the package had come open during transit. There was nothing missing and this is obviously not something you could have controlled. I understand once it is sent it is out of your hands.
Otherwise I am extremely happy with my purchase. Everyone I have shown has loved it so I wouldnt be surprised if I order a few more for Christmas presents.
